Alternative HIV- treatment?

I've found at least 3 websites from India, Pakistan and Singapore that claim to have at least the same results as HAART, if not better, without any side-effects, namely bringing down the viral load to undetectable, and CD4-cells up significantly. Two of them use herbal-based / ayurvedic medicine, while one also uses biomagnetic cards / tablets.

Please let us know if you have ever tried those programs for a substantial period, and if the results were as promised.
